As per my experience and knowledge sowparnika is one of the leading realestate developers in kerala. I visited a 3 BHK apartment by at changanassery, last week.The apartment are in a safe and secure place and its design has really amazed me. Before I could buy this apartment I have compared the price of property with other builders and Sowparnika had offered me a geniune quotation. I am really satisfied with their service. There were no hidden charges and no sweet talk or false promise. For sure sowparnika will be your best housing option.

I had visited Flamenco site a few days back on sarjapur road and I liked the location, The amenities and the neighborhood. The sales team helped as a lot with the necessary details. The project has a good ambiance and nicely

Sowparnika Tharangini on Sarjapur Road, Bangalore is a wonderful project which is a really good opinion to invest in. The amenities let you escape from the hurried city life, yet connects you conveniently to all key urban infrastructures with an equivalent distance to three Mojor IT hubs of Bangalore. The aesthetic architecture has 160 spacious 2& 3 BHK Apartments.

Sowparnika is always coming up with good projects in good locations every now and then. I have been engaging with their sales team to buy for myself too for investment. Did a lot f research and found their projects are really good. For me clean doc n appreciation in flat value is also very important and guess sowparnika projects have that covered. Purple rose is one such project. Offer facilities to make your living feel good. Located at Whitefield, is at the epicenter of modern Bangalore to bring it's customers an apartment n Bangalore that is the ideal proximity to all prominent facilities like IT parks, hospital, The finest malls in Bangalore and top notch education institutes. I am sure rental value is also good in this location. Just one thing I would have been happy if their 3 bed room flat was a little more big in size. Over all from myside this gets 5 Stars out of 5.

As per my point of view and after going to the site, Sowparnika columns in whitefield with good amenties here and that too at affordable prices. The best part is that they offer all the premium amenities like swimming pool, gym, kids play area( most important for me), club house and much more. Specificatios for the room, interiors, flooring, security and all are taken care very minutely. Qualitative build and worth all the money.

After talking to their sales team, sharing by personal views on sowparnika Atrium in Edappally, Cochin. It is a wonderful project which is a really good option to invest in. The apartment has all the modern amenities that a home buyer generally looks for. Good 1, 2 and 3 BHK fkats to choose from. I like 3BHK specs.

My exp abt Sowparnika. Their apartment starting from as low as 15 Lakhs with good quality. Their various projects are spread across Bangalore in all the good locations. Designs are also good and all their projects have unique features with amenities. I have visited a few properties a few days back in Whitefield and Sarjapur and I liked the location of the amenities and the neighborhood. Sales team also were clear in their presentation and info.

Living in Whitefield was a dream because it’s one of the affluent area in Bangalore. I have noticed so many buildings in Whitefield region but nothing much impressed like Sanvi.

The project gives the expected design and the quality and entire time management of project.

I got all my queries answered and was given with relevant documents in time.

Now I can tell confidently that I’m going to get a better flat. Now my all family members also are happy because of it’s spacious location.??

I am looking forward to my new home in Sowparnika Seychelles in Trivandrum. The plan and location is just what I wanted. I may not be able to stay there for a while. Looking forward to rent it. Any Technopark employee intrested in long term lease? I am an NRI and wont be back for 5 years. My apartment will be ready by 2020.

I bought a home in Sowparnika’s Tharangani off Sarjapur Road. I think I was lucky to find a home in this location. I teach in a near by school. The Apartment is very resonably priced and well within my budget. Never dreamed of owning a home earlier. I really wish to thank Sowparnika for coming up with this affordable home close to my work place. I am happy with the progress of work and look forward to staying in my very own home soon.

Was looking for a mid range property to invest in . Discovered Collumns in Whitefield . Plans are good and specs very promising. I liked the whole experience through the buying process. The sales team was helpful.
