I'm doctor, recently moved Bangalore from Hubli.We are joint Family and with my parent's live with me.we were also looking for owing a suitable accommodation around my place work, after meeting meeting Nirman sonesta builder's and seeing their properties, we finally met the representative's sonesta I woods who showed us flat in bellandur.This was the Exactly as per our requirement and price was also affordable

Hi.....

The project is far from main road and the connectivity is low ( i.e the public transport near by is bit far from the place and they are not many shops around the place....

Keep all this in mind was not satisfied about the project Did no find it good enough to buy....

It is delayed for 4 years now. Road is not there. OC also not there. Dont get cheated by their words. They promised so many things while buying. But now road is almost blocked. Builder never turn up for discussions. Completely dissatisfied on their response. No audit for huge maintenance amount collected. Never go for road related discussions also. All other builders and politicians are blaming Nirman Sonestaa and owner Govardhan Chary for road which is not happening

I purchased 2BHK here long back project was maintained with all modern amenities.Recently we got a CC road in front of the project.The approach road is very nice to reach the property now,

connectivity wise its a great location to reach all the areas and its very close to the IT world. Happy to stay here.

My self Arjun I bought flat in I woods recently with great amenities.

the project was located in center of the bellandur its close to all major IT parks.And this builder is providing OC, its A katha project and I received my flat too.iam very happy to inform to every one to buy a flat here.
