I am the owner of Flat No. 7073. We had given consent and also paid requisite fee to Sobha for gas pipeline done by GAIL.(Rs5000 Deposit+ Rs4200+18% GST for Civil work to Sobha). While fixing the clamp for the yellow gas pipe, they have drilled unprofessionally resulting into damage/hole in the wall concealed water pipe in the kitchen. Then the guy has fixed it in other place, leaving this as it is.There is a continous leakage .


It is so unprofessional that neither Sobha nor us can accept it.


Two issues:


1) Drilled randomly in the wall resulting into the damage to concealed water pipeline


2) The dent is left as it is and it is so ugly


Sobha after eating Rs4200+ 18% tax, damaging our property is like crime . We have approached nukes and corners of that facility team. None of them is taking responsibility. So flaying answers. Even after 4 days it is not solved. The water leakage has resulted into damages to kitchen wardrobes. Worst experience because of their pathetic response once the flat is sold
