Learnt that there are a number of benefits for home buyers from precast homes, both financially and structurally. So my wife and I within three visits decided up buying a home with them.

When I heard about backward integration, I didn’t have any knowledge about it. After a little research, I came to know that Sobha Dream Acres has adopted backward integration for their entire project. Then, I visited the Sobha Dream Acres precast factory. They explained, saying; that most of the stuff needed in a home is manufactured by them and so can be customized. In fact, each element needed for a home was being manufactured by them. This gave them better control over the quality of their project. And that allows me to choose the desired design and color for my home.

They are good only in Sales and stories. After the deal, you will be dead and post registration you are forgotten person. only they will come to you to refer new person offering incentive. I will never ever ref anyone to them.

They are costly, not frenziedly unprofessional s. I bought Sobha ForestView flat and I had to face so many issues now I daily curse them because they have allotted Faulty Car parking to me. Just between Pillars which is impossible to park .many effort made to get replacement but of no use.The Faulty parking given to many people but they are not in India so not bothered.

Totally unprofessional and arrogant builder.Never deal with them.

My uncle has booked a flat with shobha developers and also he has paid the amount required for flat for 2 BHK, but later he got to know that there is some problem with the legal issues and the surroundings of the construction area due to which the construction is stopped and its been delayed a lot. and evrytie he approached shobha develpoers he will get a diplomatic answer which will not help in any way as he has already put his money into it. I agree shobha developers are a brand name and also many people are fascinated with offers they provide and the construction type of the building. and they have good marketing strategy also.but this was least expected from such a reputed developers.

They are greedy and enforce a 24% rate of interest on delays, even while the customer is negotiating something and that caused the delay.Other than they are just going to give a kitchen soak in the utility no kitchen counter, which they said will be given at the season of booking.These people are cheats.Never ever plan to buy from sobha developers.

Dear Friends,

I have booked a flat with Sobha Builders Cochin in 2014 and paid 36 lakhs for it. Till now they have not started the project due to some clearance from the Government.

Now its almost 2 years since I have paid the money, until now they have not returned my money back and each time I ask them they give some lame excuses like its holiday in Kerala or in Bangalore etc.

I would like to know if anybody has fallen into this trap by booking for the project and not received any money back from them.

This is a very bad experience I am facing with Sobha Builders and I request you all to be aware of such Builders and their project especially in Cochin where they are advertising for a luxury project in Marine Drive Cochin.
