Well well ! Have been there as a tenant for about 4.5 yrs .so plz dont get mesmerized with the huge spacious and airy houses there. It's definately not a tenant friendly place to stay.The owners feel as if they are from some heaven even though me being the tenant could break their heaven into pieces.Now If u r planning to be the owner there them plz dont waste your hard earned money for the most shittiest place ever surrounded with factories all over with 24×7 noise pollution, air pollution with the smoke coming from the factories which would rather make u sick .And the in built stp system which they have also makes u feel as if u r using some public toilet in ur own house with the masks on your face. And there is no unity in the community itself.Would say think 1000 times and visit the place 100 times before u plan to reside there.Feel free to contact me for more reviews.
