SNN Eternia- Lake Encroachment

BEWARE! This project is an absolute disaster waiting to happen! There are a lot of other projects nearby which you can see, but not this, for your own sake. 80% of this project is built on a lake bed(we know it for sure, as me & my friends from a nearby construction have ourselves seen them filling up the lake there, closing it completely and bringing up the structure). You can check with the locals there about the presence of a lake there, who will testify to it(not sure how many locals are still living there, as many would have moved out). The very thought of the impending disaster gives me the chills. You will not find any reviews reg. this, as all the related reviews have been removed / manipulated by the builder, so don't bother searching for them. Still many units are unsold even after so many years.
