My Humble request to all candidates, channel partners and customers.Please don't deal with this company.though they appear to be good people at the 1st instant.but as you move forward they will show their true colors.none of the employees are qualified or educated in the so called company.hence none of them have any idea how to run a company.no systems in place, No policies in place, No track record of the company.so on.All the departments is controlled by one person.i e, company partner.call themselves as MD & Chairman.

MD is basically a Straight forward Person.he has come the Hard way in his life so he feels everyone should undergo the same process.rather he should focus by building a strong team.but unfortunately due to few coward people in the company.just to safe guard their jobs they inject MD all false information about any new joiny and chase them out of the system and they enjoy some ones efforts and credits.

Be careful and Don't take any chance.you have many good companies and good colleagues in the market.

Friends,

Refrain from applying  for any job to this company. Sheer waste of time and money. I am the recent victim.

They promise so many things during the interview and they give you nothing including your salary. Right from MD to clerk big cheaters.

After joining this company on 26th Nov 2014, we were not handed over any offer or appointment letter . After a week, we were given appointment letter with 2/3rd of salary promised.

When you ask for clarification, they say you are not required from tomorrow.

MD does not know to speak English and he makes fun of his staff. GM keeps quite even after seeing his staff getting humiliated because he himself is scared to loose his job.

In my 15 years of career, I have never come across such 3rd grade company.

You would imagine that an organization headed by a young leader is going to be vibrant and energetic. Well you would be mistaken. The staff is far from professional and are more adept at the local post office than a real estate office.

Absolutely pre-historic and archaic office. Good luck trying to deal with them!

Never buy a plot at GOKUL / KRISHNA GARDEN

Beware of this company as the layout they develop looks good with infrastructure but they are a bunch of intelligent crooks. They will rip off your hard earned money. As an other company they speak very well until you book a plot with them, but later they will make you run around for documents and keep mincing their words and pester you to pay in cash the full amount.

The MD Nagaraj talks nicely initially, later he never  picks the call or is bothered to call back. Another associate of him, Ponappa , he is the one of the worst to deal with. He intentionally delays all the documentation work and later blames the customer for not registering on time, As I said they are a bunch of intelligent crooks they take huge advance deposit, earn interest on it and later make sure you don't register the site by demanding hefty cash money in black.

Hello, This is Vijay from Bangalore. I had analysis recently. In the SLV projects located at the prestigious location of inside the city, All the project has the best schools and hospitals in close proximity and is located also other imp city junctions.

They are providing best ever performance for all our projects. I really appreciate the work and way of approach to the customer.Actually, they are very happy to serve the customers. And they are maintaining an excellent environment for the people to enjoy a lot.

I'm SLV housing development customer and concluded recently a transaction.

Last week I visited the property called SLV Central Park. I entered Central Park zone it's pretty cool. Seriously I was amazed they are probably done with all set of imaginable classy specifications.

Now, I can tell confidently that I'm going to get a better residential property here.

I feel in this project Investment will be worthy and CS at this site also top notch.

I am working in slv housing development corporation as a IT executive since 8 months. This  is the first company I am working with.and I can tell that may be I can't see this type of company in future also such a good experience I am having with this company.

Here management and other employees  are very friendly and helpful in nature.I have learned so many things in this company.

M/s SLV Housing Development corporation is established in south Bangalore since 1994 with well reputed name which is established by Sri. H. Nagaraja and developed several layouts in Bangalore and well known person.

He is good person and he serves the customers very well as per their requirement, I am working in this company since several years.

And the employees in the company are also very good and friendly. I am happy to be in this SLV family for ever.

The persons who are cunning will write the bad against the company who cant work as per the commitment, don't trust that type of people.

My first contact with SLV Developers was nearly 6 years ago, when I came to know about their project at Krishna Gardens. I was personally taken to the site and I was impressed by their cordial relationship. I took the opportunity to buy a site at Krishna Gardens for which I am happy that it has already seen good appreciation.

When they started the Sri Lakshmi Gardens project I knew that it was another opportunity for my family members to invest. Both my son and my wife therefore have bought sites at Sri lakshmi Gardens, which I am sure will be good assets.

My experiences with SLV has been that the company has Excellent foresight for developing Housing Plots. I am sure their Customers will always be happy for their association with the Company.

I Wish the company Even Greater Success in the coming years.
