Re-think before purchasing flat from Skyi

Review on Skyi Star Towers Phase II, Bhukum, Pune

If you're willing to buy a flat with them, please consider the following points -

Lack of commitments, project delayed almost 1 year. No GST input credit passed to customers yet. Please think before you buy a flat from Skyi.

Update: April 4, 2020

Still, they don't have any updates on OC and possessions. Just a fake promises and now we are almost near about 1 year late possession.(By the way, I have paid them already, not a single penny outstanding from my side)

Update: Mar 12, 2020

It has been 3 weeks now but still, they don't have OC certificate and all other documents to handover our flats.

Update: Feb 22, 2020

After a meeting with builder representatives, they promised us a possession within a couple of days as they do promise always.(fake one)

Update: Dec 15, 2019

Finally, after a couple of followups to the CRM team, we have committed 15 Feb as the final date of possession, also GST ITC partially credited.
