All major works is still being incomplete like fire fighting, Car lift, all amenities, all other smaller stuffes too. Builder has given soft possession to few owners to occupy the flats with promise to complete work soon and get oc but even after a year people haveeven shifted, It’s still incomplete. It’s Rera date has already been expired at 12/31/20 but still no sign of completion. Now people staying here at their own risk, as builder don’t care about their investments and life’s too.
