Please do not invest in the projects undertaken by karamvir group before taking complete idea of his completed projects. His so called dream project “skyvilla” in Malad East , has still not been completed by builder even after 8 years of its beginning. All major works is still being incomplete like fire fighting, Car lift, all amenities, all other smaller stuffes too. Builder has given soft possession to few owners to occupy the flats with promise to complete work soon and get oc but even after a year people haveeven shifted, It’s still incomplete. It’s Rera date has already been expired at 12/31/20 but still no sign of completion. Now people staying here at their own risk, as builder don’t care about their investments and life’s too. He can do same fraud activities with his other projects too , so please take precautions before investing in this group.
