Very worst place to invest your hard erned money for residing purpose.

Builder is not bothered about the resident problems. They want to make money by looting us by giving false promises.

There is a deviation from the agreed plan towards the present plan. The number of aminities getting reduced and they didnt deliver any thing by the committed time.

The apatment value is inclusive of all Aminities, Bescom, DG and Carparking. But after taking possession it took 2years to provide me a parking slot.They will threaten you by disconnecting DG power all you to keep paying them with out providing any of our basic requirements.

They never followed the brands which mentioned in the agreements and used all low grade material for the construction. The flats which handed over two months ago too have pathetic cracks on inner and outerwalls.Every where we can find water leakages, damages and quality issues.I cant even imagine the quality issues which we will face going forward.

Management or maintenance team never respond to your mails/ messages as they are not bothered about residents problems. But they are very prompt to raise the maintenance bills on last day of everymonth with out fail.

The positive reviews are not genuine or it may be paid reviews by Sipani management.

I request all visitors to not to get excited by their dummy demos/ false promises and think twice before choosing Sipani Royal heritage as your dream home.
