I know this might be moderated and removed, but I will still say the truth. I am a current resident of Phase 1 and their amenities are non existent. Basic things like water and electricity is not available properly. No cleaning is done . Lousy management. The ground level workers are hardworking and helpless. They are employed below minimum wage and are exploited just like the owners. No maintenance of field, no secure boundary around waterbody, accidents can happen any time, no access to swimming pool gym etc, They are charging exorbitant maintenance fee without justification, not allowing any rituals for marriage inside community hall. Signum is looting us. SHAME

Parking facilities are at the heart of all problems especially for all the new buyers which are looking forward to move in and purchase an apartment in the location. These buyers are families and couples who own apartments in the nearby locations and are sceptical with buying apartments in the current location.

I have no idea whether the area on which the property is built is non-agricultural land because they did not show us those papers. They showed us all the other papers, so this makes us really doubtful about whether the land is non-agricultural land.

I hate how callous this people are. They took so much time for construction and they delayed possession also by years and then we also see that the construction quality is bad.

There have been many cases where the details of the amenities that are very basic and should be properly provided in hand to the buyers are not provided first hand even after the buyers have registered the flat and they have started to stay there.

The quality of materials that they have used for construstion is not good, which may cause you problems in later life.

Their customer service department has no knowledge about their projects and will not be able to answer questions about technical stuff and I decided that I do not want to go with people who are so unprofessional.

So as to reduce the time that goes behind the tediously infuriating process of purchasing the rental property, many local real estate agents who are paid by the developers. And in doing that the buyers can not only save time and cost but also contact proper people of contact who can get the work done.

It is high time that the government should start considering regulating the policies that go under the infrastructure built-up and construction besides regulating many of the policies for the developers. It is time to make RERA rational.

These builders lauched a new project on the area that was earmarked for amenities and reduced the amenities space and the open spaces and greenery that they promised us! We paid the money for the peace of mind, greenery and some relaxation and productive time that we will get because of the amenities! It is horrible to get to know that we did not get all of this!
