We bought a house from Sidharth Upscale, Porur in 2018. Since then it is a nightmare to us every time it rains, since ours is on top floor, water enters our Living room & all bedrooms from terrance(A Block, 10th Floor). Very poor workmanship and construction. Quality Waterproofing not done on roof sealing

I had purchased an Apartment from Sidharth Housing in Mogappair East Estate road. From the beginning of the day of customer service to the end of the day purchased and also after service they are very good with their customer satisification . Iam very punctual person, same like me Sidharth housing is same, So I have like it very much and also I have suggested my friends to buy it, One of my friend is book same apartment from Sidharth Housing.

I just visited the property name called Sidharth Upscale which is located city's prime location @ porur, which is nice one. Sales fellow is friendly to explained about project details in genuine manner also I personally felt rate per sqft is good when compared to other builders in that stretch. Quality of Constructionguru30 and rate wise also satisfied. Builder have Good compromising price. Connectivity that too fine.

I purchased a flat with Sidharth Housing at their Dakshin Project in Urapakkam. I am really happy choosing this builder for my dream home. They provided good value for money with good constructon quality and specs. But the handing over team didn’t handle the customer request completely at the beginning and on repeated request they gave us everything we asked for by the second half.

I also recommended the same project to my colleagues as our office is in the same locality. They also have the same experience with this builder. I would highly recommend Sidharth Housing  as is a fine builder in Chennai.
