Unprofessional to the core, doesn't care for customer after bookings are received and flats handed over. If there is any complaint you have to run after them for days together to get it solved. The builder is not aware of how his staff talk to the existing customers. If speaking to the sales he is not concerned and says will get it done. Prefers only Gujrati families and got a flat by chance as I talk their language well and they were not aware that I belong to other caste. Better not buy any of their property rather pay

Rs 1500-2000 and buy in Godrej or Savvy Swaraj,
