This is the worst ever Builder/Promoter.

Money Mongers. Never completed any project expect blue bells Padur. Simply demands the money. He never moved out of the Blue Bells Site and demands for money even after 5 years of completion. Still wants to own the premises and want to take over the project in terms of Maintenance. He never lets to form the association. He wants only his associated people to be on the association, so that he can hide his faults in construction. Money Looters.

Company's MD Senthil is none other a goon!

Want a peaceful life, even want your money to be worth, Please don't buy from this group or it's subsidiaries! Knowing many builders where my friends & Colleagues bought apartment, this is the worst builder ever. Sometimes even goondas entered apartment and threatened the person like anything. everyone in the apartment knows about it. No unity in the apartment and hence it is bisected.
