Review on Shreedham Classic, Goregaon, Mumbai

I am a buyer of flat in Shreedham classic goregaon west, Mumbai and I would like to share my experience. Project has been badly delayed. As per agreement, I was promised possession in Dec 2016 but it was given in Dec 2019 though full OC is not yet received. Part OC was received till 6th floor. Construction work is very shoddy. Kitchen tiles were found broken. Bulb holders were not fitted properly and were found hanging from the ceiling.Even meter box was found hanging on the wall. Sanitary fittings, though of Grohe's were found rusted. It seems as if builder has used rejected or seconds quality material. Flush valve was not functioning.Toilet seat was found broken. Painting is very inferior quality. Possession of the flat was given in a very bad condition without getting it cleaned with debris and building material lying in the flat. It seemed as one had purchased a second hand flat. Builder had promised exhaust fan in kitchen and bathroom, geysers in bathroom and video door phone but none of these things were provided. Since full OC has not been received, there is no municipal water supply. Residents have to rely on boring water which is supplied for just few minutes in a day. Harrowing experience. Parking lot is not ready. Stack parking work is going on since ages at the snails pace and there is no sign of completion. It may take another one year. Residents have to park their vehicles at the busy S. V. Road. Building has taken 10 years to complete and it has started looking old. Marble on the staircase is broken at many places. God knows about the swimming pool and health club. Driveway is not complete.
