Review on Shree Vasturachana Gokul, Derawali, Navi Mumbai

I was about to put Baner on the main gate this is complex is unregistered no society had formed yet and there is no drainage outlet for bathrooms, there is no drinking water, poor security, cameras are not working it's just a showpiece, poor Gym no equipment in gym, lot of flats are illegal, some flats are build under parking even the entire documens of the entire society is not clear.over all we 288. Flat owners got cheated and poor standerd of living in Gokul Complex. Agents are keeping tenant on regular rent no documents no police NOC and even some the tenant don't know who is there flat owners. This is what my experience so far in Gokul Complex after spending 3.6 years and spending 38 lakhs on my flat.
