I have booked a flat wanting to make it my dream home. Most commitments made are not lived upto. Despite promising since last 6 months, one mesh aluminium window is not fitted and a daily promise is made in that regard. I moved in on 13/05 and since then, half my house is without power. I'm told now that power will be restored only in 4-5 days, as if that's going to be a big favour to me. Despite promising, no free AC's have been provided. I can't see any electronic security till date and you must just have a look at the SWIMMING POOL. Even now, most of the time, the fan and lights in the lift are not working. My daughter cries daily as she is unable to use her room as there is no power. All in all, extremely unhappy and dissatisfied. Feel trapped. All this, after having paid fully nearly more than a year ago.
