Shreedham Builders is pathetic. These are bunch of goons, the builder(Sanjay Maheshwari) as well as their staff. They will be nice to you only until you book and pay for the flat, and if you do this mistake of paying then beleive me you are in for the misery of your file. I am facing it ever since i bought a flat from them. Its been 10 years that building in goregaon is still being constructed, they told me in 2018 that it is almost over and in next 3 months it will be all ready and charged me a ready flat's price, this is september 2021 and it is still not completed. Let me start with the construction and fitting quality : Third grade material has been used, just after 3 months of residing in this flat the marble started chipping off. They AC pipes are concealed under the tiles which was found pierced hence i had to remove all the tiles and get that replaced. Car parking is still not alloted, the work the going on at negligible pace, just imagine parking your car on busy SV road everyday and getting challans for parking in a no parking area, when asked the builder to pay for the challans as he hasn't given the parking yet, he abused and insulted us and simply hung up the call. Bike parking is not allowed inside the premises. None of the amenities has been provided yet. No swimming pool, no gym, no auditorium, nothing has been provided which was promised. When you ask for them his office simply replies that the work is going on and once it is over we will inform you(beleive me no work is going on). There is no intercom in the building and any tom, tick and harry enters the building anytime. Promised exhaust fans, geysers, video door phone, nothing has been given yet when you ask for it, they simply say we will inform you when it arrives, its been four years of buying this flat and it is still arriving.
Builder hasn't paid government taxes and asking us to pay it which (we don't get proper water either).
The maintenance is Rs.11/ square feet for no amenities. Buildings like Lodha, Kalpataru, etc which has high class amenities they also dont charge 13k per month and this builder is demanding 13k for no amenities what so ever.
Builders are usually very polite and dont make you suffer for small little things but this one is the most shittiest builder i have ever seen in my entire life, Sanjay Maheshwari doesn't know how to talk to talk to people and treat them very bad.
One last thing he keeps bouncers in the building to keep and eye on the residents and harass them.
One piece of advice if you get any property from shreedham builders even at half the cost, dont go for it, you will eventually cry for the rest of your life until you are associated with the property.
