Shree Krishna Group flats look lovely and they have a good concept of space planning but THEIR CONSTRUCTION QUALITY IS TERRIBLE. So don't get carried away by the look.

I have selected the only project name available on this app, but the actual project is in Chembur.

Our building has water leakage issues though the building is less than 5 years old. SKG team has informed us that the same is due to us 'drilling' screws in the walls to put up paintings, speakers and TV. they said this caused the bricks to Crack and led to leakage.

But the more bizarre thing is their fancy Italian marble floor has cracked and creates a tent like structure due to bad quality of materials and construction. This has happened across flats in our building. This is the most bizarre thing I have seen, ever. Check the photos below.

Entire living rooms and bedroom flooring has come up like this in flats and they have no solve but to stick the broken marble together. Sad, when ppl have paid a premium price in chores for their flats.

Kitchen platforms have cracked right down the middle.

All this in a few years of the new building.

So please don't get carried away with thr planning and looks, which is great for sure, as then thr flat is going to start coming apart soon.

Lodha is on of the most Populer and trusted builder.

Which are associated with building constructions. loadha means worth it lodha is pretty famous in market .

I love lodha's design that is very classy and look very rich. lodha's project plan is also good and there staff is well behaving and very co-oprative. with there's client I think lodha is best for comfort life and reach look in all time.

my sister also living in lodha's apartment and she is very satistifed from the atmosphier of apartment and I 'm also very satiesfied.

Hello friends now I am going to review on Shree Krishna eastern wind. I like this place very much I saw 2 3 times this apartment. I am sharing my personal experience with you as follows.

shree Krishna groups has an experiences since 1975 covers over 200 commercial and residential properties amounting 40lack sq ft of area from last 45 years.

1. location - the location of the apartment is very good it located in kurla east Mumbai such a nice place to view.

2.there are three types of units 1BHK apartment which build area is approx 725 sq.ft. price approximately 95lack

2BHK apartment which build are is 1000sq ft price is approx 1.25Cr.

3BHK apartment which price is approx 2.40 Cr and carpet area is 1700sq ft

we are looking for 1000sq ft apartment. very neat and clean surface of area

3.there are lots of facility in the departments like indore games, fitness center, outdoor games, network connectivity, safety and security. all the things is very good in this apartment.

only bad things in the apartment is very costly in prices so middle class family cant be reached there

NOW I AM TALKING ABOUT LODHA GROUP IN MUMBAI.THEY ARE GREAT BUILDERS.EVERY project their have taken has completed with perfectionalist and excellence.there makes apartments in a place where every facility is available like market cinema halls playground etc.they provide great place for parking.i think this is the best builders available in the market.they used great quality materials for the constructions of the flats.they are humble in nature and very polite in discussion.this group provides great customer service.thanks.

I like their amenities which they provide with the good project plan which has everything in it. They have a very good customer service and they help you out or assist in related to any of their project. Their staff is very co-operative and polite and help you to resolve your problems.
