Lodha group is one of the trusted brands in Builder and developer which are associated with building constructions. It has a good brand image in the market.

I like their amenities which they provide with the good project plan which has everything in it. They have a very good customer service and they help you out or assist in related to any of their project. Their staff is very co-operative and polite and help you to resolve your problems.

Over their project is very good and anybody will love their project.

Comments on Shree Krishna Eastern Winds - Kurla - Mumbai Review

Did you buy any flat in lodha? Did you get to see the agreement you are signing at least week before? I am told its 500+ pages of agreement. Did you sign the agreement without proper scrutiny? Are you aware of the clauses you signed?
Are you awar...e of few things? whether the land below the building will be owned by co-operative housing society? Or the land will belong to Lodha? Will the society get the benefits of additional FSI when re-development happens?

If you have answers to above, please share.

Since I am not given agreement copy to review, I checked on internet what is experience of others. And I came to know grievances related to agreements of all others.
I saw reviews of Lodha Palava phase-2 where the land is given on lease of 99 years.
I have paid money and they are not giving me agreement copy to review. My next payment milestone is approaching and I will not be able to take my lawyer to their office to review agreement in time. I will have to take leave and pay heavily to my lawyer for his full working day being spent, leaving his court dates. If the agreement is shared on paper or in pdf form, the lawyer can review in evenings in his spare time, costs less.
Lodha says it can be viewed online. I tried the same, the website is very slow. Takes long time to open and to go to next page. Not possible for my busy lawyer to do so. Lodha is putting hurdles in document reviews, the payment milestone is approaching and interest will be levied if payment not done on time.
