The original plan has so many amenities and green cover which has been completely modified. They have reduced green cover while cutting off EWS tower. There is no designated play area. The water island is missing. They are planning to build more towers instead of a clud house and the clud house area will be reduced too. The original planned 4bhk G tower has been converted to 3bhk and the green area, basketball court, amphitheater id nowhere to be found now

Possession was on 2019, it is 2021, builder work is very slow. It is registered in rere but then also project is delayed.

I have booked 2 BHK flat, till date it's outer plaster not completed & installment for outer plaster taken in Feb, 18.from last one year status is same in my block. This should be delivered in May, 18 but I have dout in May, 20 for delivery.
