Possession promised as2017 but not given

Review on Shivtara Tara Athena, Wagholi, Pune

The builder has not given possession of the flats of tara athena, wagholi kesnanad. The promised possession date mentioned in agreement is 2 years after the date of agreement signed. Our agreement was signed on 26th march 2015. But still no possession. The work in on hold at site. Our builder keeps giving us fake promises to handover possession. But seems no reality to it. It has got delayed by two years now, but yet there's no sight of communication or completion dates by the builder.
