They have no ethics and morals and are involved in a lot of fraud and illegal constructions, which is why I would recommend that you stay away from these builders.

Social infrastructure lags behind in terms of proper construction that needs to be taken care of by providing adequate raod facilities, proper connectivity, good transport facilitation, good food services, proper grocery and emergency services if need be.
