I am also a victim of this fraud builder as I bought a flat in Shilpitha splendour from him. You talk to any owner of our apartment and will find how this guy has cheated us. First of all the laborers are not experienced at the task and the quality of materials used are really substandard. The floor tiles have started chipping off within 6 months of occupancy. The sanitory fittings are also of lower quality as it has already become faulty. Thefinishing and plastering works are so pathetic. The walls are already having cracks and the wooden frames are also showing quality issues.

On top of this he has not done a proper allocation of car parkings and has deviated from his early allotments. Not even half of the promised aminities are not there and what ever is provided has one or the other quality problems (either product or installation issues).

Once your hard earned money is with him, dont expect a fair behavior from this guy or his staff.

Even now he has not completed the work 100% and has not handed over the project to association and we dont expect him to do it in the near future. (another cheap trick to maintain his marketing office for Shilpitha splendor annexe inside our premise). But YES he is forcefully collecting the maintenance from all residents even though he has not handed over the project or completed the work, which I have not seen with any good builder.

I am one of the victims of this developer. I hope you might be the one from the developer or close to developer. I am not able to find any good thing from this builder.

Cons : Poor construction quality. If you want you come and visit my flat. None of the walls are straight.

The windows and doors frames quality is very poor. Two times I have changed my door within a year of time.

Floor tiles quality is very worst. You come and visit all the flats in the block. All the floor tiles are chipping out within 6 months of time. If you buy a tile for just Sqft 30 rs will not get into this compliance within 6 months of time.

He charges very huge amount for amenities. But there is no sign of amenities and in his all previous project also he did the same. He never gave any amenities as he committed.

I am really frustrated and upset of this guy. All my earnings and future earning also invested in this property but finally I lost the peace of mind. We customers have to thrown him away from the market.

Readers please take all these statements are 100% true. Please think twice or thrice before you invest money with this builder. Sorry to say, I am not able to find a single good thing with him.

Due to views and comments shared on this site, I visited the builder's Shilpitha Splendour apartments as a potential customer to make an assessment. I am revising this review based on what I learnt.

Staff: Extremely courteous to new enquirers, but I noticed the same lady behaving badly with a customer who had already fallen victim to their sweet talk.

Builder: Arrogant and rude again was seen behaving badly with a customer instead of being courteous.I have captured some of the reactions from the residents:

"Apartments are open and well ventilated, but the workers are unskilled. Be here to supervise their work. Cannot leave the work to builder."

"Builder has not completed the work on time. In fact the project has been delayed very badly. The supervisor is the man responsible for customer's frustration"

"Once you buy from this builder, be ready to bring your own tiles, your own carpenter, your own plumber... because builder engages worst guys and even then the work does not get completed... as you remain frustrated for months."

"Extremely unprofessional people. Shoot yourself but dont buy from this builder. If you have already bought, you have committed a crime. Be prepared to suffer now"

"Supervisors are terrible, Superviser is a money monger. He takes commission from workers and tries to charge me for work he is supposed to do. I am having to stand here for the work that builder is supposed to do to finish my apartment. This is the worst decision of my life to buy from this builder"

Extremely bad customer service. Customers were indeed extremely frustrated. Will not recommend anyone to buy from this builder into annexe, sunflower or any other project.

I am truly glad about their development. I excessively went by Shilpitha Splendor I feel its great. I obtained a flat in Shilpitha Splendor from Maithri engineers, and got the best cost around then. Furthermore they provided for me the finest quality condo with parcel of open space.

I trust this Maithri Developers and Buying property through this engineer is worthable
