No Transparency, Worst Customer Service

Review on Shapoorji Pallonji Sensorium, Pune

I’m writing this review for Shapoorji Pallonji’s worst customer service.. I felt that purchasing a home from a trusted realtor would be hassle-free. But there was zero transparency and the entire process took twice the time. I was promised delivery by a certain date, but it has been pushed back multiple times without clear communication. This has caused a lot of inconvenience for me and my family. There were too many hidden fees that weren’t clearly mentioned in the contract. It is like a money-grabbing scheme. You can’t do much once you’re invested in the home. The sales representatives only care about selling the units and have no regard for your preferences. I would suggest not falling into this trap.
