This apartment is constructed by SHAKAMBARI builders pvt. Ltd. The builder is an anti-social element & lethargic person to be dealt with. 80% of flat buyers are suffering due to poor construction. Water seeps during rain from individual flats. Poor quality of workmanship, cement and bricks is used for construction. Legal title of the project is disputed. There is problem of bee attack since maintenance doesn't cover removal of beehives. Dirty water comes through tap. Power back up is poor. Buyers don't get the value of money investing in this project. Refer to attached news image concerning Shakambari Builders Pvt. Ltd and its fraud builder named Pawan Bajaj. He has a poor track record and notable in criminal-cheating activities. Projects are delayed beyond imagination. Do not purchase flat from SHAKAMBARI Builders Pvt Ltd. He don't even listen to the complaints of members under Sri Radhe Krishna Garden Flat Owner's Welfare Association.

They just want to make money. They do not provide services at all. They have not provided basic facilities like lift , generator in one of their projects. They have acquired the parking space for commercial use. Parking space is not enough for the residents here. They do not take responsibility of the maintenance for the flats which are still under there possession. Very bad experience. Feeling like cheated.
