The quality provided is below par. He fools people charges double rate for parking and society charges. Bargain very hard with him or you will get fooled. Get every cost details including it's price. Carpet area etc. Try to get all inclusive price. Try to take ready possession from him. He gives cheap but is actually very expensive.
