I believe there are biased reviews by customers on this portal and seem very ingenuine. I have visited all Saranya Group before booking one - and all the projects in Kundanahalli area are very much on schedule and infact most of them seem that we would get possession before promised date at least to do the interiors.

Quality is comparable to the best in business and prices are almost at the bottom. The sales teams are very professional and set very realistic expectations.

THE SARANYA GROUP LOCATED IN BANGALORE IS AN EXCELLENT BUILDERS.THEY PLANNED THEIR PROJECTS IN A NICE AND WELL ORGANISE MANNER.THEY PLANNING OF THE HOUSES IS EXCELLENT.THEY HAVE KEPT IN MIND ALL THE FACILITIES OF THE HUMAN BEINGS.THEY BEHAVES IN A NICE AND POSITIVE MANNER.THEY CHARGES ARE IN OUR BUDGET.THEY PROVIDES A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.I RECOMMENT THIS SARANYA GROUP TO EVERYONE THERE ARE THE EXCELLENT BUILDERS GIVES YOU REAL SATISFACTION.ITS COMPLETE VALUE OF MONEY.I GIVE 5 STARS .THANKING YOU.

Project locality is good. look wise project is good.

and price 3200 per sqft is good .

the problems are buying from land owners share is difficult they will try to cheat people by taking multiple advances for same flat.

there is a rajakaluve back of project. also small graveyard .

project height is less than outside main road which may be big problem going further.

amenities or ok.

I purchased an apartment from Saranya Group 2 years back .I do not know why they are changing names from Saranya Constructions to Saranya groups.

The apartment quality is not so good . The material used in the construction is of very low quality . One can visit their old project in Marathahalli to  get a feedback from the flat owners . The builder Madhu/Redapa Reddy are not cooperative . Anything you want to customize before purchase they will say yes Sir but after booking they will say no . They have a lot of plea like Material is not there, labor is not there, Today is Saturday sir like that . But they will make sure that they will not do your work The parking area is not good. Always their will be flood in rainy season.

The Equipment used by them is also low quality like local lift (Surya), Local Generator , duplicate taps , Even low quality cement , low quality water pipes, Also the architecture I do not know done by some villager may be. Even I went to there recent construction in Saranya Sarovar and Saranya Shantiniketan but I am getting same review from flat owners. So friends be aware of cheaters like Saranya groups/Saranya constructions.

May be you will change your name again in the future.
