Only location wise is very good.

Problem is with builder providing quality of material.

If some one ask me the rating for builder I will say

-(-Ve) 10000000000

Lot of issues like:-

• Gas pipeline mention in brochure but builder is not going to resident is pending because builder is not going to pay security deposit.

  
  




• There is no corporation water inside society every where commitment which is false I be leave on what I see now.

  
  

-Society common area level is big issues you can see easily lots of up & down.

• Terrace water directly coming on floor block in common area which may ugly & dirty in all season specially in rainy season.

-Parking are not yet assign.

-Door, lock quality not good as expected by cost of property.

-No attractive lobby or anything you can see easily.

-Quality of plaster & construction inside flat is not good you can check easily.
