The projects of these builders are unnecessarily over hyped, resulting in them offering really overpriced houses for no reason! Complexes in the area have similar facilities at a much cheaper rate, so you would really have to have a lot of money that you have no use for to buy an apartment at this place!

Many of the builders are seen insisting the buyers to pay for the extra money and get the legal details in place and have started forcing the buyers that the buyer should be able to undergo the legal work through their agents only who charge extra.

They have delayed possession to an extent that is not acceptable at all and niether have they paid us the interest that they should have for the dealy.

None of the projects of Samruddhi are completed. Sunshine project is stalled since 2014. Same with Wintergreen and north square. And don’t see any hope of completion.

Please reach to me to fight against this fraud builder together.

All existing buyers are going through hell. The builder will not response to anything. And its impossible to meet the higher management.

we should act against such fraud builder and authorities should also need to look after.

I have booked an apartment with Samruddhi on 2012.

As per the agreement they are supposed to deliver it by June 2015(including 3 months grace period). It's delayed by more than a year. Very unprofessional builders. They don't reply to mails.

Have not received any compensation from them on delay even though its mentioned in the sales agreement. They will complete the brick work(all the floors) with a good pace to get the 90% of the loan sanctioned money. After that they will delay the project.

I will never suggest any of my friends and family to go ahead with this builder.

Till now I am satisfied with the builder, there are not much issues in the project.

The only thing which can damage the image is delay in project completion, which is already delayed by a Year.

Also apart from marketing persons no one is responsive there, you will not get timey update/response from sales or project team about the status of the project.

So If you have lot of money and willing to wait for 2-3 years for construction. Go for it.
