Be cautious about the customer support. They lie just like anything for money, once booked. In stead of customer support, you will likely to found them as customer sucker.

I am not writing any name here, but the CRM is really disgusting. Once you made some payment, their behavior will change dramatically.

No clarity, no commitment, nothing. You will find them only for demanding money without any explanation.

This CRM team is really . I don't have any adjective to represent this team. You will only face them once you fall in the trap. Before your first payment, everything will be different.

The entire CRM team is not competent enough and don't have any idea about how to behave with customers. Just sitting there to loot you. So be prepared to have some new experience.

In sector150 the best developers of India(Tata/Godrej/ATS.) has came out with their projects. You will have many other good options.

Think twice before going for this property. I have unimaginable experience with Samridhi Group for which still suffering.

Be cautious before fall in their trap by paying any token amount. Definitely, you are going to be cheated once you are in their trap.

Hi Offer of possession has been granted. For 3 towers

And I see people posting samridhi avenue comments but that is a different property located in different area so dont get confused there.

We are hoping that by next 3 months some of the towers will be offered for possession and move in.

A huge problem in this property is the car lift! It is not made well and it is constantly malfunctioning due to which we are not able to take out our cars when required!
