I know the property prices will not rise further. So, here's an honest review -
DON'T BUY
The design of apartments is NOT by Hafeez contractor, as quoted in the catalogue. The kitchen designed with exhaust on opposite side of burner fitting, room doors so tight that you can't even move your automatic Washing machine out, door frame and fitting is absolutely disgraceful, the wardrobe slots are deformed (don't buy any rectangle molded wardrobe, will never fit as it is not a perfect rectangle)
You will get the lowest quality of plumbing and fittings, so don’t dream Jaquar or similar, expect a third grade fitting only.
The balcony railings are badly finished Tor iron ones, badly painted too.
Inside wall finish is like DDA or any government build - full of Cracks and unfinished.
Flooring - A complete waste - very poor piece of workmanship.
Coming to livability, it's tough -
