In december, I visited their property, Samrat Green Republic, on lohegaon-wagholi road.
I was astonished by their service to anyone who visits their office. Their smiles, team and love they show for the visitor is beyond the technical hospitality services - you feel their real love for a person. They treat you with more respect and care as you are their long awaited guest. It's pure delight just to be there.
By the way, they offer food to take care of your tummy.
And, the sales part, is even more surprising... They don't sell you a product or a flat, they leave you with a beautiful experience, they make you more knowledgeable you are, they offer perspectives, they don't force anything on you... Moreover, they leave you feel pleasant by the end of their time you spend with them.
They follow up very gently - again a rare standard you see!
We visited them again in Jan, the same warmth.
I saw a few other visitors at the same time. You see everyone being treated the same way as if you were their long awaited well respected guest.
Property is built with love. Good quality materials I think based on my observation.
Only important amenities are provided and no over provisions. The space inside the apartment and corridors and lobby are really big.
You feel premium with their service, offering and costing is very competitive.
I think they have a very strong and motivated leadership and team as the backbone and structure and they will surely proposer and make a big mark of success in this sector.
I strongly suggest you pay a visit once and feel the experience yourself. It's pure ROYAL.
