This apartment was good till pandemic hit. After that it turn out to be a filthy place. stayed there till 2022 then left for good. People looking to buy the flat or wants to rent should know this:

1. People are reserved. They always look for opportunity to bite others.

   
   




2. Seems ByLaw of RWA does not apply here. No control of any kind.

   
   




3. Noisy evenings due to mannerless kids and their nasty parents.

   
   




4. utter nonsense security staff. Your belongings are not safe even with CCT cameras. They don't work at all. It's just decorating pieces.

   
   




5. There are few folks who behave like apartment is their personal property, and they will hold positions to start putting crap rules.

   
   




6. It's dirty all places.

   
   




7. Maintenance is high, that due to mismanagement. no wonder someone having heavy pockets while mismanaging the fund. 8. Jains are in majority and all sort of practices you will have to tolarate.

   
   




8. Non Jains are also mindless people.

   
   

Avoid this place to stay to be among stupid people.
