We booked in 2018 that stupid promised will handoverin six months till now the place is as we booked not even a single steps taken...so many struggle going with them ..this is not only for me many for many customers....nearly 200 plus family affected...when we asked what happened to your all money and why the business came down he says many of his office staff have cheated him like marketing vithoh manager ajitha and all...really don't know what to do?? all including Salim and others person are Happy ...we 2oo plus family are suffering

Please don't buy flats from Salim constructions as they don't keep up Thier expectation . I am an owner in sree Hari Nagar( GOLDEN PARK) campus . I am sorry to say this . I have taken the possession of my flat in March last year . common area work is not completed till today and I am following for the last 15 months now .really very poor service and it is better to go for some reputed builders atleast they will keep up their expectation by charging you little more .

I am owner of the mention property. currently like to hold my views on review, I had initial satisfactions when I got the house but there are many internal dispute raising up and looking for Salim's resolution on how the initial satisfactions can be sustained.

We buy house once is life time for long term, so Salim should close all ongoing disputes in Golden Park Iyyappanthangal / Kattupakam before attracting the wider customer segment.

Also, noticed Silam have a very positive attitude towards solving disputes and looking for his resolutions to provide my full and honest review until 18th March 2018.

Whenever we had been to their office, they showed their full hospitality and extended full co-operation in arranging loan for the property, Registration of the Properly and other related activities.

I wish Salim CEE a great success and I recommend those who plan to buy a house to go in for Salim CEE.
