They just want your money and they do not care about making your dream of owing a beautiful house come true! Because once they have your money, no one is going to answe yoyr calls and reply to your queries because they do not have any plan to make the project see fruition!

The developers are in the general sense least interested in the regulatory mechanisms that go behind in the devising the plan to the entire time the real estate processes are in the run to build a residential apartment or any kind of real estate projects.

It is often an area of consideration when a new property is not build around a nearby property which is already an emerging landmark in the real estate landscape. There are no options of connectivity to places nearby.

It has been seen that the maintenance cost is exorbitantly high and this does not show a good image for all those who are keen at investing in the real estate and expect good returns. The interest rates have also been rising on the go serving one more factor why investment is not a good option.

The unprofessionalism of this property is really bad! I hate that they do not make sure that we get our flats on time and the maintenance is so god damn high! It is just no fair!

Do not book a house from this place because you will be crushed when your dreams of getting a beautiful house crash because they do not provide the amenities that they promise and they charge a huge maintenance fee

The possession was delayed to such an extent and then they also made us sign an agreement that we did not fully agree to and we are bearing the burnt of it now.
They are building nice projects

Salarpuria Sattva Group Hyderabad is one of the best builders in india. They are building one big project in shaik pet Hyderabad. That is high rise gated community apartment. They are giving best amenities like swimming pool, club House, walking track
