The possession of your flat takes forever and their facilities are so bad! They have very less car parking as compared to the members so new members may have to park their cars outside, which is such a pain and scary as well!
Car lift is not good.

It is a slum rehabilitation land which is very scary for us because we don't know what will happen when the people from the slums have to be rehabilitated here.

Nearby schools are less in numbers. This puts a big question mark to the time consumed for the children and the credibility that can be entrusted upon by the parents of the children in their young age. There are several parks but no schools which takes a lot of time to travel for small children
