Poor management, Poor Water Supply and Locality

I Stays in building Number 27. There is no proper management at the society.

There is security personal but because of poor management they do not check anyone or anybody who comes in Society.

The offered 277 water supply however they were not able to the same as water supply has been restricted to 1.5 hours in morning and 1 hours in evening only.
Poor management, local dog creates noise in night

I stay in building no 3 in db ozone dahisar, here local dogs and pet dogs creating noise pollution in society and after complaining no one takes any action on these also security guards behavior is very rude, this is residential area. After this much dog barking nose during midnight and morning hours how can one sleep well?

I work from home and during my online meeting it disturbs a lot,

I request you please take some serious action on this, It will help me and other building members

Higher Floor Space Index makes the residential properties a little less expensive. However, since the recent times where in the FSI levels have been lowered, many residential prices have been increased in their budget and this has caused many to shift to slums.

Due to lower carpet area and the declining square feet area, it has been seen that the property Ares have tremendously reduced to the extent that many congested spaces have been added up to the many of the difficulties that passengers have to face during commute and has also lead to death.

We still have not got the possession of the place! We do understand that sometimes there is delay because of unforseen circumstances, but it has been 4 years! So much delay is just unacceptable!

It is not the first time that the new buyers who have recently moved in are facing many of the grave issues related to having to see a bad construction quality of the house or even the apartment as a whole. This needs to change for the good.
DB reality- orchid ozone projects delayed by 6 yrs

We have booked a flat in db orchid ozone building meera road near western express highway 5 years back. We have yet not received flat possession. The project was supposed to be completed in 2013. It was delayed due to various issues and builder never stood by his promise. Now the new dates released are 2019 for the completion of whole project. Initially the project had buildings planned for 19 floors; then due to multiple parking bookings they changed the plan to basement plus two floor parking. That is poor management and customer service. To add to it another issue is raised that their 2 building permission got cancelled so in few towers they are planning to increase two floors. To add to fire now the office staff is rude and arrogant to the customers who visit the site and on phone they never answer the progress of work. As a whole, to sum things up- In a city like Mumbai you cannot fool people and loot their money twice so people a humble request don't fall prey to this builder's trap. Don't dare to invest in a builder who doesn't stand by his words.
