Good Property & A Great place to Invest

The quality of the Villa is top-notch. And we felt it's a good place to invest as well as live. We like the way we were treated also.

Uproach can be better, but overall definitely worth buying the Villa since it's not way to expensive like other villas
Possession is taking forever.

The builder promised us that he would make sure that the work would be done on time and if it does not we would get our compensation but niether did we get our compensation and niether did we get our house any where close to the date that he mentioned.

This place is built in an area which is very noisy and it causes a lot of problems for us when we have to sleep. We have no peace of mind in this place.
No time to review the draft document.

We did not get any time to review the draft agreement before we could sign them and we felt cheated because there was no time for us to read the document well.

High end restaurants are very poorly occupied in this area. Accordingly, the area has poor liveability score. Since there are very less good eating and dining facilities, people prefer to stay abreast with locations that cater to their needs as and when they need it so as to go out to eat and live.

No equal access to common area

Not everyone has equal acess to the common areas and that is just not fair because we all paid equally. Some people get to use the common areas for their events while others do not.
