I had the privilege of owning 3 BHK flats one each at RV Avaneendra(now 4 years old) and at RV Panchajanya and my experience with the Developer/ Builder has been one of cooperation and accommodating. Quality of construction is very good and they have used the materials/brands as they have committed in the brochure. There are no maintenance issues with the RV Avaneendra flat even to this day and the premises are also well maintained. RV Panchajanya is a well located and well planned venture, with the flats having the advantage of the look of an independent house within the flat rows, due to their unique planning. Overall, the Builder is conscious of his image and strives to keep his market worth. As is seen, many of his customers are either repeat owners and/or referred by word of mouth.

Based on my experience as a buyer in the Kondapur project RV Panchajanya. There was been substantial delays in project completion which is still under construction.

Expect to speed up the registration which means pay the full money for an in-progress flat.  Extra charges for even the smallest of change, and expect to additional charges when you get your furnishing like woodwork or false ceiling done.

Mr. Venkatram Reddy is a big pain to talk to as he does not see the difference between his labour and the customer(existing or even prospective).

This twice and speak to couple of the existing flat owners, as they tend to influence few to act against people who stand up against the inappropriate charges and defects.

We took 3BHK in their recent venture RV panchajanya.

We liked their approach with my banker, they took only respective amount as per building schedule not even single penny extra.I like the building features and construction norms they are following.I am really waiting for my flat possession.Hope they will complete it in time.Builder will not encourage cash receipts as well.They will only take cheques.

I booked one of the flats in newly started venture near Gachibowli and paid around 15% of the flat amount. From the day one I was asking for the receipts and they were pushing and after 2 months they came back saying that they won't give receipts until I give amenities amount as black, which was never said before.

One of the worst builder I ever seen and would suggest not to go with this builder by believing MD or staff words. By any chance if you go, better to have all terms and conditions on paper on day 1 and get proper receipts on time. Otherwise they are very good to throw u out based on future demand and sale for more cost to someone else !

Least bothered about neighborhood safety which include their lives and property. Have no respect for law.

People who care a damn about neighborhood concerns will not look into own apartment residents safety and will take concerns for granted. They are just after money and only money.

Over the time I have found R V Nirmaan very relevant and they are one the reputed builders in Hyderabad.

They are known for the timely completion of the project with a great quality.The availability of their top management at all times is also a great advantage of the costumers.the companies R V Avaneendra and R V Maanyatha are the most  prestigious projects recently completed in miyapur and chandanagar respectively. this company completed 30+ projects in twin-cities of Hyderabad and  Secundrabad in 22 years.
