The amenities like a gym, rooftop jogging track, and swimming pool are all as per the plan. The handover took longer than expected which is common in real estate but the finishing of the flat is so good so no complaints.

I booked a flat at the Ruparel Malad location mainly because it is close to the metro and has good connectivity. The buying process was smooth. Their staff were not overly pushy like some developers. They gave me time, explained all things properly and made sure I had all the information beforehand.

The payment flexibility Ruparel offered convinced me. I couldn’t pay a huge lump sum upfront, and they allowed a plan that suited my finances. I am happy to say I have booked a flat in their Sion project which is in a growing area. So far, everything looks good and possession is coming close. I am excited.
