It's 50 floor building with good solid construction and good quality of lifts. I am impressed with the floor plan and worth buying a property in this building. Builder has provided 2 parking per flatwhich is the need of today. All the flats in this building are sold. I am one of the flat owner in this building purchased in resale. Before sale runwal sales team given so many wrong commitment

1)They don't know about original flats configuration.

2)They don't know about scheme or real value of voucher.

3)They don't know how to treat customer after sales.

4)They don't know how to maintain true relation with customer.
