I purchased an apartment in Royale Courtyard by Motif Builders in 2008, Delivery was in 2011


Its 2021 now, 10 years have passed & I have not received the handover as yet inspite of constant followups. They have been collecting money & cheating a lot of people.


Please do not make any purchase from Motif Builders
