I was thinking of buying a house in Rosa Manhattan but had to back out due to bad reviews on construction quality and leakage issues..across many other projects by Rosa..also construction at Manhattan has been delayed a lot which itself is a big concern.

However I got really amazing service from the sales team, especially Nafisa. She was very prompt and could really get me all the things that she promised by negotiating with her management.
They are the worst builders.

You can find street dogs roaming in this society and there is no 24x7 security provided by builder.

The promise fancy things but they will not deliver any of them.

They will sell parking and allot you parking no. but there is not parking.

Risky loan disimbursement

Loan disimbursement is a serious risk for all those whose loan collapses and then is seen as a major threat involved with banking transactions. The eligibility criteria passes for the disimbursement, however the loan collapses and that is seen as a serious grave problem.
High maintenance fee.

The high maintenance charges here are without any explicable reason and logic and this has caused us a lot of problems.
Loans not been able to account for cash flow

The developers have been failing at been able to create active channels of cash flow and get the borrowers funded through loans which has basically led to the sales of been of no value. This has been caused since the developers have not been able to get lenders to lend to borrowers.
Need to implement effective healthcare facilities

This may lead to the new buyers seek a concern of safety and thereby build trustworthiness among the new buyers as well.

It has started to become very common that title related documents that has been mutually agreed upon to be shared is delayed and the handover of the same has been constantly seen delaying from the builder to the association.

There are many apartments which lack proper care and attention to the many of the housing related issues like the furniture not been in place and the door not been closed properly. This should be taken care of so as to help other buyers move in.

They make you pay additional charges at the time of possession and you would have hardly would expect this from such renowed builders.
