Overall concerns with the project..

Review on Rosa Manhattan, Ghodbunder Road, Thane

I was thinking of buying a house in Rosa Manhattan but had to back out due to bad reviews on construction quality and leakage issues..across many other projects by Rosa..also construction at Manhattan has been delayed a lot which itself is a big concern.

However I got really amazing service from the sales team, especially Nafisa. She was very prompt and could really get me all the things that she promised by negotiating with her management.
