I m a resident of Mira bhayander .. deciding in one of the RNA builders complex names N.G valencia. This builder is never worried about the residents problems thought it's a newly constructed building. There are lot of issues in society none of them are taken care off past 6 months. It's a trust issue with the builder because they have kept such staff in his office who doesn't even listen to the concerns for there own newly constructed building. Builder is just done wid building homes and not bothered for the rest of facilities and necessary services which should be provided by him.

I bought a flat in NG paradise fir which i had paid me dues on time. Its been more than a month, builder did not give me the keys yet. The work that was promised is not completed and whatever work they have done is of worst quality. Their contractors and employees are rude once the payment is completed. (Do no agree on paying full amount until builder completes the work he promises) no one answers the call and if they do, they will insult you with a disconnect and they wont even bother about it. Last 20 days i have never seen a single builder worker working in my flat and whenever, i call the suoervisors, they will just say, i will talk about it to a cocerned team and disconnect (i have never, mind you never beenable to finish my conversation in one call to any one) as if theyjust wait for us to take breather while we are talking and as soon as they get an opportunity, , , , boooom mai baat karega and your call is disconnected. This tes talks a lot, but no work. I have been listening for 49 days now kaa dus din maikhatam hoga, 4din maikahtam hoga, 2 din ai khatam hoga, but nothing happens. Jatin buai is sweet whe he was selling us the flat, now he doesnt even answer our calls, Rahul is the engineer on site, this southee is most of the time missing with innovative reasons everytime. And contractor does his work without any supervision as per his wish, no work was done in front of me i dont understand why. All in all its a pathetic after sales service. Please save yourself of this stress. Please find the image of wall with seepage after the work is done. The wall is inside the house, and the seepage occurred without rains.

Someone suggested that I should buy a house by RNA Builders but I wasn't very sure. My friends suggested I visit one of their buildings before making the decision. The buildings are very innovatively designed and are equipped with everything that is needed for a modern lifestyle. I think I will go for it.

Hello friends I am today here to tell you about RNA Builders NG Thane my encounter with them not quite good I met them in search of a compartment but the staff was not good the working didnt like the rate very high as comparison of others but then also I talkef them about the compartment they showed me the compartment but I didnt like it because for its money it was not appropriate and not good not nice.

RNA group assured internet connection at the time of agreement.They provide very slow wifi connection.This happens becouse they placed only one modem for four apartments.Some times entire network will be lost.But I never asked why to any staffs.

Also they didn't provided any waste management option here.What I used to do is collect these domestic wastes and take it to my house at Kannur, a village.There I will clear it.

If staffs were better, then half of the problems will be solved.

I would like to write a review about this builders. I have been stayed here for 5 months. For me it was not a good deal and atmosphere as well.

Many times I felt irritated due to their pathetic services. The Internet connection was very slow and disconnected sometimes. Some days there should be no water supplies. If we have any complaints related to breaking pipe, sound from upstairs, leakage problem etc. for this complaints they won't give any proper response and repair it after a long time only.

The staffs are not friendly or helpful. Many times we fought with them for careless disposal of wastes. Because some times we saw many wastes which gets bad odour everywhere in the apartment.

The product implementation is somewhat ok. In some rooms there are still some patches which may cause water leakage at the time of rainy season. They are not maintaining the infrastructure and surroundings of the apartment. Very polluted, that's we can't let our kids to play outside.

Overall I am not at all satisfied with their service.

Hey friends , this is my latest review which encompasses the features and drawbacks of this latest construction company which operates from Thane of Maharashtra . The customer service provided by this construction company isn't satisfying , the attitude they show towards their customers , isn't acceptable behaviour . There are so much defects in their service that they don't even fix a problem created by them . The staff coutrtesy is very rude and unfriendly , they don't talk on favourable terms . There are so much rude behaviour present in the customers. They don't fully implement the product and the raw materials are left ver much after they're done . But this service isn't good for normal reccomendation.

Yesterday, I was invited by my office colleague to his new home and that is how I got to visit the apartment by RNA NG Builders. I liked how these buildings have been planned and designed with all modern amenities. They have not compromised on any aspect. I really liked the house.

As a flat buyer, I always look for flats that are closer to nature. That is what attracted me to the buildings by RNA NG Builders. The buildings appear to have all the modern amenities. We have been researching multiple options and may buy a flat by RNA NG Builder if it falls in our budget.

When I was invited to attend a Pooja in my best friend's house, I wasn't aware it would be such a nice apartment by RNA NG Builders. I visited and found it had all the modern amenities. The apartments and the parking space was decent sized. I liked the place very much.

I have heard that one cannot rely on hearsay when it comes to purchasing flats in Mumbai. That is why I personally visited a few buildings by the most modern construction companies and builders. I particularly liked the way in which RNA NG Builders have come up with constructing homes close to nature with all modern amenities.
