Recently I have visited to this project site. I received many reviews about this project but their amenities and location attracts me a lot. railway station is hardly 10 min walk, bus service is reaching till central mumbai. Mono rail is hardly 10 min. walk and also big chembur market is again 10 min. walk. Builder is giving all kind of amenities as required in todays market condition. When enquired about OC, Its already been signed by MHADA but final formalities of NOC is only balance. so expecting the same in month or two. Area is peaceful and safe. I heard most of the flats are acquired by Business class peoples.

Rite developers Mumbai r one of the best developers in Mumbai. But recently they have made there image fall in front of the customers. I visited this developers past month and the development of this project doesn't seems good. The project has been started but the speed of the project is so slow that you can't even think of and what's the reason I don't know. The customer service of this developers is very poor they don't show any interest in the customer's which is a very bad thing. I was told that this developers have a very high price flats and the conditions and the space of the flat is very less at this price range. And after visiting there I experienced it with my own eyes they are very expensive and at this price range you may get a better flat then this the location is not so good and the living environment is not so good they will not relax your life. I don't recommend you this product.

Friends I want to share my review about Rite Developers of Mumbai which is not so good according to my personal experience.

The staff courtesy is poor there. When I went there in their office the employees didn't gave attention to my project. This made me so disappointing.

The customer service rendered by this company is totally awful.

Overall not a satisfactory Developers as they only focuses to those customers from whom they can earn maximum profit.

So please don't go in this company.
