I have booked flat in Rising City project of Rare Townships Private Limited in the year 2010 and till today the project is not complete and still number of approvals are not in place! Around 400+ buyers are victims of the cheating of the Developer. Even cases in MahaRERA are not yielding any results, so now Allottees have turned to Consumer Forums for the justice. Avoid investing in such project.
