Rise Resort Residences Greator Noida is a much delayed project. The builder is not reputed and is facing litigation from many parties in court. The layout and design of the project is good as shown by builder due to which people are buying property in this project. The builder and its team is involved in charging Property transfer charges ranging from Rs 300 to Rs 500 per sq feet from people who are buying property in resale market and coming to builder for transfer of property in their name. Their modus operandi is to harras customer, take transfer charges and will never reply to your emails. Such charges are illegal and we are forming a joint group to act against the builder. Please email at( cxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@gmail.com) your problems with details of property, BBA, name of buyer seller and your contact number. We will attach you with a buyers group and ensure the property is transferred in your name without giving any transfer charges. Together, we must end this harrasment. Builders Agent and Dealers stay away from builder loyalty now. And if builder has some shame left, reply to our post here or email with Apology and assure to end such practices else face public backlash from all ends.

It’s a scam. Don’t fall for it. They can’t deliver it even in 10 years. They will show you people already living there but this is all a trap.

This property is under dispute with the authority and huge they have huge debt to be clear.

Sachin and their gang of sales teams will always show you that he is one of the best of the rise owners and got a close communication. Seems he is working directly under the rise builder in his guidance to fraud people.

They will ask you to deposit atleast 1 lakh rupees for holding the price that may change because of various reasons and they wi tell you that this is a REFUNDABLE and the moment you ask them they will give it back(no questions asked), BUT REALITY is different. THEY WILL NEVER REFUND and block your contact, they will never pick up your call. If you go to visit then for the same, they will hide and not show up, if you start asking for them on reception they will keep rotating you from team to team.

And everyone there will just try to escape and avoid.

I am in collaboration with other such people are suing them and their shop will be shut.

Better to avoid then and keep yourself away from this chaos.
